About
I believe that mental health is as important as physical health and I recognise the relationship between the two. Just like our bodies, life isn’t one dimensional, our experiences are multi-faceted. For that reason, I draw upon a wide range of therapeutic approaches and incorporate those best suited to your individual needs to hopefully create a healthier mind space.
Life can be a struggle. I bring compassion and trust to my practice with a caring and open approach. I believe that it is the relationship between client and counsellor that brings about healing and change.
